Vijay developed professional expertise in the areas of creating and implementing lean and agile Supply Chain in a manufacturing and trading environment. In order to align Supply Chain objectives with Organisational Goals, Vijay developed skills in creating Core Competency Strategy to save Costs and maximise Operating profit after capital Charge. Vijay’s core strength lies in developing and implementing strategies to maximize Business Growth, EVA, maximization of Operational Excellence and Total Customer Experience (TCE). Vijay was trained in Six Sigma environment and developed skills to eliminate waste and improve productivity.
Vijay’s focus areas include but not limited to identifying opportunities to save costs; optimize resources; reduce lead time to market (B2C & B2B); align demand with supply through S&OP Process and re-engineering logistics and supply chain business processes. Vijay gained experience in IT, Electronics, 3PL, Consulting, Teaching, Retail, FMCG, Automotive, and Resources Industries. He strongly believes in team work and collaboration and known as change agent and implemented several continuous improvement projects using change process and six sigma DMAIC project management methodology.
